Equipped with the same features as the Subaru BRZ Performance Package in the United States and the BRZ GT in the Land of the Rising Sun, the Toyota 86 GT Limited High Performance Package adds Sachs performance dampers, Brembo Brakes and 17-inch alloy wheels. Prices for the six-speed manual gearbox variant kick off from 3,394,440 Yen ($31,510), while the six-speed automatic can be had from 3,461,400 Yen ($32,135).
Based on the GT version, the Toyota 86 Solar Orange Limited Edition adopts the obvious exterior paint job, along with Alcantara upholstery, orange stitching, Grand Luxe fabric dashboard trim and heated seats. Toyota is charging 3,251,880 Yen ($30,190) for the six-speed manual gearbox model, and 3,318,840 Yen ($30,810) for the automatic version. Both are scheduled to launch in Japan on March 10, with the order books opening on January 31.
Additionally, buyers of the Solar Orange Limited Edition can also specify their cars with the High Performance Package, as well as the front underbody cover and rear wing, at an extra cost.
