New models featuring Black Edition versions are the latest A3 & S3, the TT and TT Roadster as well as the S6 and S7 Sportback. Buyers can also go for the first ever Black Edition version of the Q3 compact SUV, which now replaces the S line plus model.
Prices range from £26,565 for the A3, to the £31,735 TT Black Edition, £33,880 for the S3 Black Edition, £34,550 for the Q3 Black Edition, £41,285 for the TTS Black Edition and £59,440 and £66,780 for the S6 and S7 Black Edition respectively.
In case of the A3, whether it's the three-door, five-door or sedan, Black Edition adds 18" 10-spoke alloys with a matte titanium finish and darkened privacy glass extending from the B-pillar rearwards. It also features a black finish for the grille surround, air inlets, window cappings and door mirrors. Inside, it comes with a 10-speaker Audi Sound System with 180 watts of power. The quicker S3 models on the other hand come with 18" five-arm Turbine design wheels on the three-door and Sportback, while the Sedan Black Edition gets 19" five-arm Wing-design wheels. They also boast a Bang & Olufsen audio system in place of the Audi Sound System.
Audi has applied a similar formula to the TT, TTS Coupe and Roadster models, which get 19" five-spoke Blade alloys and the Bang & Olufsen audio system part of the Black Edition package. The Roadster also gets an additional powered wind deflector.
In order to set the Q3 range apart, Audi is adding 19" Y-spoke alloys with a black diamond finish, but also standard metallic paint, privacy glass and a BOSE sound system upgrade.
Finally, the likes of the S6 and S7 Sportback Black Edition get 20" five twin spoke wheels and 21" five-arm rotor wheels respectively, to go with the BOSE sound system, flat-bottomed multi-function steering wheel and piano black inlays.
