Those looking into our Tuning section know that the company's upgrades mostly rely on either an external power module or the good old software tuning, and their latest project follows the same trend.
By choosing the B-Tronik 5 V1 or the Bi-Tronik 2 V1, owners of the German two-door coupe gets to enjoy an additional 40 PS (39 HP) and 105 Nm (77 lb-ft) of torque, meaning that the car's output now sits at 410 PS (404 HP) and 570 Nm (420 lb-ft) of torque.
This is 21 PS (21 HP) shy of the standard BMW M3 and allows the M2 to cover the 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) sprint in just 14.5 seconds. The factory 250 km/h (155 mph) speed limiter has been removed and the tuned M2 tops out at 290 km/h (180 mph).
Besides massaging its engine, G-Power have also added a titanium sport exhaust system along with a fully adjustable suspension kit that allows the ride height to be reduced between 20-45 mm at the front and 25-50 mm at the rear. Last, but not least, a new set of 20-inch G-Power Hurricane RR forged allow wheels, wrapped in 245/30 tires, finishes off the project.
