For this year's Frankfurt International Motor Show, Jeep has created the unique Wrangler Rubicon Sunriser and Cherokee KrawLer. They're termed 'show cars', but it's easy to envisage both becoming limited editions.
The eye-catching Wrangler Rubicon Sunriser features matte orange paint plus a host of Mopar off-road accessories.
As well as a skid plate for the 2.8 litre diesel engine, the specification includes a 4” suspension lift kit, beadlock wheels and special bumpers. Among the cosmetic modifications are cut-down doors, LED rear light clusters and some extra LED spotlights mounted by the windscreen pillars.
Likewise, the matte green Cherokee KrawLer is designed for extreme all-terrain use. Based on the existing Trailhawk variant, power is provided by a 3.2 litre Pentastar V6 petrol motor that's linked to a nine-speed automatic transmission.
Wheel arch extensions, skid plates, BF Goodrich tyres and upgraded suspension are all on the KrawLer's additional equipment list.
