Kia has released some external shots of the all-new Sportage, which is due to be unveiled at September’s Frankfurt International Motor Show.
Compared to the outgoing model, its styling represents a gentle evolution. The side view seems almost identical, for example, even though the wheelbase is slightly longer than before.
A revised frontal aspect is the most obvious change. There’s a bolder ‘tiger-nose’ grille, plus the headlights have been moved higher and they now effectively flank the bonnet. The rear end meanwhile gains slimmer light clusters that are joined by a narrow chrome strip.
For the time being interior images aren’t available, and Kia has yet to publish any technical specs.
