One of the cars competing in this weekend’s 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps will be wearing a very unusual colour scheme.
The BMW Z4 GT3 of Alessandro Zanardi, Timo Glock and Bruno Spengler is getting a livery inspired by fictional Belgian comic book racing driver Michel Vaillant.
Cartoon portraits of the three real-life team mates appear on the bonnet, while ‘Vrooaaw’ is emblazoned along the Z4’s sides. It should certainly be instantly recognisable.
The 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps is the fourth and penultimate round of the 2015 Blancpain Endurance Series.
