For the RETTmobil 2015 emergency equipment trade show, Volkswagen has converted its Golf Alltrack into a fire brigade command car (which is Kommandowagen Feuerwehr in German, or KdoW for short).

As well as high-visibility markings, the extra specification list includes a roof-mounted LED light bar, additional warning lights set into the bottom of the tailgate, an accident data recorder and preparation for digital communications devices.
