Launched towards the end of last year, the Lagonda Taraf was originally intended only for Middle Eastern markets. That's no longer the case, because Aston Martin has just announced a significant strategy change.
Its performance saloon will now be available in other territories and – more importantly – a right-hand drive version is being built.
As a result, customers in Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa and the UK can order a Lagonda Taraf with the steering wheel on the 'correct' side. It's also going to be sold in Norway, Russia, Ukraine and most European Union member states.
There is one major caveat, though: production of the V12-powered Lagonda remains limited to 200 examples.
