To coincide with the unveiling of the new Vauxhall / Opel Vivaro van, Renault has presented a first glimpse of its virtually identical Trafic.
Like the Vivaro, power comes from a 1.6 litre turbodiesel engine that’s available in two (as yet undisclosed) states of tune. The Renault will be offered with a similar choice of body styles too, including a platform cab, panel van and minibus.
The arrival of the third-generation Trafic also sees production moving to Sandouville, France. Sales are due to begin this summer and Renault is planning to market it in around 50 countries.
